Salary package up to $145,000 + super (based on experience)Company vehicle, phone, and laptop providedPredominantly investment builds with minimal client interactionWork within a dedicated estate location, reducing travel between sitesStrong pipeline of work with long‐term career securitySupportive, hands‐on management teamOpportunity to grow with an ambitious and expanding builderThe RoleAs Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing up to 20 homes through various stages of construction through to handover.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple buildsMaintaining high standards of workmanship,



safety, and site presentationMonitoring build schedules and ensuring projects remain on trackConducting quality control inspections throughout constructionEnsuring compliance with all HSE and company standardsDriving productivity while maintaining exceptional build qualityAbout You To be successful in this role, you will have:Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence (essential)Previous experience supervising residential home buildsTrade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regardedMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory roleStrong organisational and communication skillsStable employment history and a commitment to quality constructionAbility to build strong working relationships with trades and suppliersWhy This Opportunity?
