We offer the benefits of a boutique firm environment, including direct access to experienced practitioners, flexible working arrangements and reasonable billable expectations.About the RoleYou will work across a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:Strata and community title disputesNCAT proceedingsBuilding defects and construction disputesProperty and contractual disputesMediations, Alternative Dispute Resolution and strategic adviceYou will have meaningful client contact, responsibility for your own matters, and the support of a highly experienced team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:2-5 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolutionStrong drafting,



analytical and communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlinesA practical and commercial approach to legal problem-solvingA commitment to providing outstanding client serviceA collaborative and professional attitudeExperience in strata law is advantageous but not essential.
