We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a long-term project based in Brisbane.You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, improve processes and support the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.We're looking for someone with experience in:Gathering and documenting business and functional requirementsFacilitating workshops and engaging with key stakeholdersTranslating business needs into transparent user stories and Salesforce solutionsProcess mapping, gap analysis and solution designWorking closely with Salesforce developers, architects and delivery teamsSupporting testing, UAT and implementation activitiesWorking within complex project and delivery environmentsPrevious experience working across Salesforce implementation, transformation or enhancement projects will be highly regarded.Location: BrisbaneContract: Long-termStart: ASAP
