Exponet is seeking a driven and highly organised Exhibition Project Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end exhibition projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met — all while maintaining the highest level of service and attention to detail.Your responsibilities will include:Managing multiple exhibition projects from concept to completionLiaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomesPreparing project budgets, schedules, and reportsCoordinating logistics, installation, and on-site deliveryProviding strategic oversight of project delivery.Managing project resources and reporting directly to senior management.Overseeing compliance,



risk management, and client stakeholder engagement.Ensuring compliance with health & safety and venue regulationsTroubleshooting and problem-solving under pressureRequirementProven experience in project management within the exhibitions, events, or related industriesStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and client relationship managementAbility to lead teams and manage contractors on-siteHigh attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindsetProficiency in project management tools/software (preferred)We OfferFull time position working 40 hours a weekCompetitive starting total annual salary of $100,000 AUD.Professional development and career growth opportunities.A dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment.
