You will manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, supported by a collegiate and experienced team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload spanning financial and property settlements, parenting applications and parenting plansAdvise on divorce and de facto relationship matters, spousal maintenance and child supportPrepare binding financial agreements and consent ordersRepresent clients in mediation, arbitration and, where required, court proceedings, including matters involving domestic violenceProvide clear, practical advice to clients on their rights,
