An established residential builder is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a strong pipeline of townhouse developments across the Brisbane region.With nearly two decades of industry experience, the company has built a solid reputation for delivering quality residential projects and has established itself as a reliable builder with a strong and consistent pipeline of work.DescriptionReporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of townhouse developments, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on programme and within budget.Your responsibilities will include:Managing townhouse projects from commencement through to completionOverseeing site teams, supervisors, subcontractors and tradesManaging construction programmes, budgets and project timelinesEnsuring quality, safety and compliance standards are maintainedBuilding strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants,
