Journe, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's presence and continued growth in the Australian market.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Brand Manager - F.P. Journe to oversee the brand's representation, effective campaigns and sell through of products at all boutiques in Australia.Based in Sydney CBD, you will be responsible for developing and executing the local brand strategy while maintaining the exclusivity, heritage and distinctive positioning of F.P. Journe.
Working closely with F.P. Journe, The Hour Glass boutique teams, clients, media, agencies and key industry stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the brand's presence within the Australian market, deepening relationships with collectors and driving sustainable commercial growth.This is a highly hands-on role suited to someone with a genuine passion for independent watchmaking who combines luxury brand expertise with solid commercial acumen, creativity and exceptional attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive brand awareness and commercial growth while maintaining the exclusivity and integrity of the brandDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, PR, events and targeted client communicationsPlan and deliver highly curated brand events, collector experiences and client engagement initiativesDevelop strong relationships with media, creative,



PR and marketing agencies and relevant industry partnersWork closely with boutique teams to identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement and drive sell-throughDevelop targeted sales and marketing collateral in line with F.P. Journe's global brand positioning and product portfolioManage the development and distribution of point-of-sale and brand materials across the retail networkAnalyse sales performance, market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growthMonitor campaign expenditure and return on investment, providing recommendations for future activityConduct ongoing market and competitor research across the independent and haute horlogerie sectorSupport the annual budgeting and business planning processPrepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and brand partnersEnsure all brand activity reflects the exceptional standards, heritage and positioning of F.P. JourneThe successful candidate will ideally bringProven experience in brand management, marketing or a similar commercial role within a luxury or premium environmentStrong understanding of luxury brand positioning, with a genuine passion for fine watchmaking and independent haute horlogerie highly regardedStrong commercial, analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience managing agencies, media partners and key stakeholdersExcellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skillsA proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership from concept through to executionThe OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to represent F.P.
