A agile digital agency in Sydney is looking for a highly motivated, hunter-style Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

Up to $120,000 base + Super + Uncapped Commission (expected earnings $220K Y1)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Aggressively prospect and generate new business opportunities across SEO, Paid Media, Paid Search, Web Development
n
Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and industry events
n




Qualify leads and develop customised proposals that align digital marketing services with client needs
n
Drive negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
n
Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
n
Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates
n
Proven success as a hunter in B2B sales, ideally within an Agency, MSP or Insurance or Tech services workplace
n
Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident, consultative approach
n
Self-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and earn high commissions
n
Experience managing your sales funnel and CRM tools effectively
n
