They're looking for a Senior Program Manager to run the delivery of complex syndicated research that helps some of the world's biggest brands strengthen their commercial relationships.If you've worked in category management, trading, buying or trade marketing, and you know how retailers and FMCG suppliers work together, this is worth a look.The RoleA hands-on operational role managing the delivery of syndicated benchmarking programmes from survey setup through to final reporting.You'll be responsible for:Managing survey setup, testing and programme deliveryMaintaining participant databases and respondent listsWorking with retailer and manufacturer contacts to ensure the right people complete the right surveysMonitoring response rates and ensuring solid representation across categories, departments and organisationsCoordinating qualitative interviews where requiredReviewing data and reporting outputs before deliverySupporting client queries and managing portal accessCollaborating with global operations teams to ensure seamless programme deliveryIdentifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and smarter ways of workingYou'll thrive here if you like juggling priorities, solving problems, and making sure every detail is right and on time.About YouYour background is likely in:Category management, category analytics or tradingBuying, merchandise planning or range planningNational account management,
