As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, quick-paced environment.The RoleWe are seeking a Station Business Manager to support the financial, commercial and administrative functions at our Melbourne location.
Working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, you will help ensure effective financial management, accurate reporting, strong administrative processes and sustainable business performance.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:Monitor station revenue, costs, profitability and overall financial performanceIdentify revenue leakage, cost-saving opportunities and productivity improvementsEnsure accurate revenue capture, invoicing and reconciliation of labour, equipment, materials and servicesCoordinate payroll, timesheets, leave and workforce planningMonitor overtime, casual labour,



attendance and additional-hours costsSupport budgeting, forecasting, recruitment and workforce planningCoordinate training, recurrency, qualifications and workforce capability recordsMaintain accurate operational, financial and administrative records and systemsOversee inventory, stores, GSE, tooling and associated recordsSupport customer commercial reviews, pricing queries, quotes and revenue opportunitiesCoordinate Head Office requirements and ensure station actions are completedPrepare reports and business cases to support equipment, workforce and capability investmentWork closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR, Payroll and Training teamsDevelop efficient processes and systems to improve station performance and reduce reliance on key individualsAbout YouExperience in business administration, finance, operations or a similar roleStrong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyExperience with workforce planning, or timesheet processesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesOur RequirementsTo be successfully considered for this opportunity, you will require:-Australian Citizenship, permanent residency or a valid work visaASIC and ADA eligibility
