What you'll do:
Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests




Coordinate customer outcomes by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Manage customer communications and provide timely updates throughout the process
Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and support

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration or service coordination
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach to work
