This is a casual role, approximately 20 hours per week, with versatile shifts to suit your lifestyle.
You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the clinic.What you'll be doingGreeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerScheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking systemAnswering and directing incoming phone callsMaintaining patient records and other administrative dutiesAssisting the chiropractic team with various tasks as requiredEnsuring the reception and other rooms are clean, organised and well presentedWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent patient careExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailProficient in using computer systems and software (e.g.
