Manly Warringah Sea Eagles – Brookvale NSWThe Game Day & Events Manager leads the event program for all Manly Warringah Sea Eagles NRL home games at 4 Pines Park and acts as the Club's management lead across major Club events and experiences.
This is a hands-on, high-energy leadership role for an innovative, creative and dynamic event specialist who has a genuine passion for bringing live events to life.
The role is responsible for creating and delivering memorable experiences for Sea Eagles Members, fans, partners, players and guests — ensuring every home game and major Club event is engaging, entertaining, seamless and distinctly Sea Eagles.Key responsibilitiesLead the end-to-end event experience and program for all NRL home games at 4 Pines ParkDevelop and deliver game day experiences that create atmosphere, energy and excitement for Members and fansLead game day planning, programming, run sheets, briefings and debriefings across internal teams and external stakeholdersWork closely with the Football Department on home and away team requirements, acting as the primary Club contact for visiting/away teams on game dayLead the creative development and delivery of the Club's game day fan experience, ensuring every touchpoint contributes to an exciting and memorable occasionDevelop cutting-edge concepts, entertainment and activations that increase fan engagement and create a strong sense of occasion around NRL home gamesLead the Club's annual Major Events Calendar, incorporating fan, Member, community, football, commercial and Club eventsAct as the Club's management lead for major Club events,



coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiencesDevelop, manage and monitor game day and Club event budgetsEstablish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the Club's game day and events programAbout youTertiary qualification in Event Management, Sport Management, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experienceMinimum 5 years' experience delivering major events, live events, sporting events, experiential activations, production or in a similar agency/venue environmentDemonstrated experience leading the delivery of live events from concept through to executionStrong understanding of event production, entertainment, fan engagement and the customer experienceProven ability to manage multiple moving parts, competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organisational and project management skillsStrong creative thinking and the ability to turn ideas into practical, engaging event experiencesOutstanding stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong commercial and budget management capabilityExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when things don't go to planAbout usThe Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are more than a football club.
