With over 15 years of industry experience, we have built a reputation as a trusted partner, committed to achieving outstanding results for our clients.Due to continued growth and upcoming projects, we are seeking motivated Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join our growing operations team.About the RolesThese are hands on engineering roles responsible for supporting the successful delivery of civil construction projects across regional NSW, SA and ACT.We are currently recruiting for multiple engineering opportunities across both Site Engineer and Project Engineer levels.Successful candidates will work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to specification.Site Engineers will focus on day to day site coordination, quality assurance and project delivery support, whilst Project Engineers will take a broader role across project planning, commercial management, procurement and client coordination.These roles are offered on a FIFO/DIDO basis on a 10/4 roster, providing the opportunity to work on major regional projects whilst maintaining a balanced roster.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of civil construction projects safely and efficientlyCoordinate daily site activities with Supervisors and project teamsManage quality assurance documentation including ITPs, inspections and testing recordsAssist with project planning, scheduling and procurement activitiesMonitor project progress, productivity and program deliveryPrepare and maintain site documentation,



reporting and registersSupport implementation of project safety and environmental requirementsAttend site meetings and liaise with clients, subcontractors and stakeholdersAssist in managing non conformances, RFIs and project closeout requirementsPromote a positive, collaborative and safety focused culture on siteAdditional Project Engineer ResponsibilitiesAssist with project commercial management including cost tracking and variationsCoordinate procurement activities and subcontractor managementMonitor project budgets, forecasting and productivity performanceSupport delivery against contractual milestones and program targetsBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsSelection CriteriaMinimum 2 years experience in civil construction or heavy infrastructure projectsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldStrong understanding of construction methods, specifications and project deliveryAbility to interpret drawings and technical documentationStrong communication, organisational and problem solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesCommitment to safety, quality and continuous improvementProficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management systemsExperience with TfNSW specifications highly regardedConstruction Induction Card (White Card)Current Australian Drivers LicenceSilica and Asbestos (or willingness to obtain)What We OfferCompetitive salary + vehicleLiving away from home allowance (for eligible employees working away from home)FIFO/DIDO opportunities10/4 roster – providing work/life balanceExposure to diverse and challenging civil projectsSupportive team environment with strong leadershipCareer development and progression opportunitiesOpportunity to move between regional projectsWe are an equal prospect employer and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.You must have Australian working rights to be eligible for the role.
