Great opportunity for a suitably qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter (Field Service) to join the Shadforth Team working on a fleet of over 600 earth moving plant.
The position will work across the Greater Brisbane and Gold Coast Region.
(Workshops based in Wacol and Gold Coast)
About you:
You will be a trade qualified, ideallywith post-trade experience in mobile plant, including hydraulic and electrical knowledge.
You will enjoy the independence of working in the field, knowing that further technical support is a phone call away.
Ideally, you will have come from a quarrying, construction, mining or forestry background, with experience working on all types of machinery
Australian recognised trade qualification
Extensive Experience on Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment (highly regarded)
Working knowledge of Caterpillar parts (cat SIS 2.0) and service (cat E.T) systems & computer diagnostics will be highly regarded
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Strong commitment to working at a high standard with emphasis on quality workmanship & work ethics
Committed to workplace health & safety
Reliable, self-motivated with good time management skills
Hold a current Manual Drivers and Light Rigid Licence (heavy vehicle licence is also highly regarded)
