You'll represent the business professionally in customers' homes and ensure jobs are completed right the first time, with strong attention to workmanship, compliance, and customer experience.




You'll have confidence in quoting electrical work and providing multiple options for the customerYou'll be responsible for:Completing general electrical installations including power points, lighting, EV chargers, induction cooktops, and similarEnsuring all work complies with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulationsIdentifying issues on site and working through practical, sound solutionsAccurately recording job notes, variations, photos, materials used, and completion details in company systemsManaging jobs from start to finishWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrated experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A-Grade Electrician Licence (Vic)VIC Driver's LicenseWhite CardReliability, pride in workmanship & a team-first attitudeWhy Plum?
