Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve pricing frameworks, methodologies and governance processes
Develop and maintain cost-up pricing models
Monitor market movements and translate cost changes into pricing recommendations
Partner with commercial teams on pricing proposals, tenders and customer negotiations
Conduct margin, profitability and pricing performance analysis across products and customer segments
Support forecasting, scenario modelling and strategic commercial decisions
Provide insights and reporting to senior leadership to support business performance

We're looking for a commercially focused analyst who enjoy working with large datasets, influencing decisions and owning a critical business function, with significant autonomy to leave your mark on this avenue of the finance function.
You'll ideally bring:
3+ years experience in pricing, commercial analysis, finance, category management or similar
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets
Proven ability to balance commercial outcomes with margin performance
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience developing pricing models, profitability analysis and scenario modelling
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to operate autonomously
Highly Regarded
Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, wholesale distribution or other product-based industries
Exposure to cost-based pricing methodologies and margin analysis
Understanding of supply chain, procurement or operational cost drivers
Experience within a multi-site or national business environment
