Coogee is seeking an experienced Plant Superintendent for our Queensland Chlor-Alkali facility in Lytton.
You will lead Team Leaders, Operators and Laboratory personnel, drive safety, and coordinate daily production with maintenance and logistics to maximise plant availability.
You will shape workforce planning, training and competency development, act in the Plant Manager's capacity when needed, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence in a safety-critical setting.
