IMPACT Community Services – Hervey Bay QLD is seeking multiple full-time Child and Youth Mentors to provide adaptable, non-clinical mental health support for children, young people and families under the FMHSS program.
Roles are fixed-term ending 30/06/2027, with focus on assessments, action plans and practical support.
You'll deliver case management, risk assessments and culturally sensitive services, connecting clients to community resources.
