Retained is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of key business-side initiatives within a large commercial workplace.
The role involves coordinating with change managers, business analysts and SMEs to engage stakeholders from manager through to executive level.
The successful candidate will manage the Leadership & Culture uplift project, collaborate with HR and external consultants, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining governance reporting.
