U-Go Mobility seeks a Training Manager to lead the training, learning and workforce capability function across its multi-site operations.
You will own the training framework, annual plan, competency standards and learning systems, including apprenticeships and external providers.
You will lead and develop the Driver Trainer Lead, ensure governance of pre-employment drivers and heavy vehicle licensing training, and maintain standards, tools and pathways for critical roles.
