Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking a dedicated Stewarding Supervisor to support the daily operation of our Stewarding Department, reporting to the Chief Steward and guiding Ambassadors while ensuring kitchens and back-of-house areas remain secure and hygienic.
In this leadership role you will allocate duties, conduct pre-shift briefings, supervise during busy periods, monitor cleaning schedules and uphold HACCP and workplace health and safety standards.
