You'll partner with operational teams to deliver financial insights, controls,



and analysis that drives business efficiency and profitability.Key repsonabilties include but not limited to:Maintain product costing accuracy and analyse variances to drive profitabilityDeliver monthly financial reporting and performance analysis against budget and forecastPartner with operations to improve productivity, reduce costs, and drive operational excellenceCoordinate budgeting and forecasting, identifying cost drivers and investment opportunitiesManage the Accounts Payable function end-to-end, including invoice processing and supplier paymentsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and capital investment evaluationsYour BackgroundThe successful candidate background will include some of the following key attributes:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce and professionally qualified CA, CPA or similar (or working towards)3+ years' experience in Management Accounting, Cost Accounting or Manufacturing FinanceStrong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting and manufacturing variances, is ideal but not essentialExperience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems (preferred)Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with robust commercial acumenExcellent communication, business partnering capability and continuous improvement mindset
