iDlvr is building the Uber + Uber Eats of construction — combining on-demand delivery with a construction materials marketplace.We're looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help turn what happens inside iDlvr every day into content people actually want to watch.This isn't a corporate marketing role.
We want real, clean, engaging content — not overproduced ads or scripted sales videos.You'll be out capturing real deliveries, construction sites, suppliers, customers, trucks, technology, challenges, behind-the-scenes moments and the journey of building iDlvr.What You'll DoDevelop fresh content ideas and recurring seriesShoot real-world content across sites, suppliers, deliveries and the officeCreate engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and SnapchatFilm customer, supplier, team and founder contentEdit fast, clean and engaging videosCreate basic photography, graphics and branded assetsWrite captions, schedule and publish contentManage the content calendar across platformsSpot trends, stories and opportunities as they happenTrack performance and continually improve what we createHelp shape the overall content style and personality of iDlvrWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who is content-obsessed,



creative and proactive.You should have:Strong video shooting and editing skillsExperience creating short-form social contentA strong understanding of hooks, storytelling and audience retentionKnowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedInExperience with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similarBasic photography and graphic design skillsConfidence filming around tradies, customers, suppliers and construction sitesThe ability to work quickly and independentlyA portfolio of content you've actually createdMost importantly, we want someone who can walk into a situation, understand what's happening and think:"There's a video in that."Why iDlvr?
