You'll be the first person into a newly forming construction management team, working across subdivision and urban development sites doing everything a superintendent role demands - and over the next couple of years, if you're up for it, growing into the person who leads that team.You'll be out on-site running inspections largely unsupervised: water, sewer, stormwater, reinforcement, roadworks, that kind of thing.On the contract side - progress claims, variation claims, extensions of time, dispute management - you'll have experienced support from the senior engineering team while you build that side of your skill set.It's real autonomy on the technical work,
