In this role, you will lead a team of examination officers and oversee compliance with Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RACA) requirements, Dangerous Goods handling, and a quality assurance program.
This is a unique opportunity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your leadership will directly influence the success of Amazon's air network.We have 2x roles available:Sun - Wed 23:*******:00Wed - Sat 23:*******:00Key job responsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead, develop, and support a team of examination officers and Operations teamBuild strong relationships across operations, fostering a culture of security awareness, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceReview volume forecasts and determine operational staffing requirements to meet business demandCollaborate with cross‐functional partners — including Operations, Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources — to accomplish shared objectivesParticipate in partner team meetings to drive operational consistency across the networkCompliance & Security OperationsEnsure full compliance with Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RACA)
