This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the asbestos industry, enjoys working with clients and project teams, and wants to take ownership of projects from estimating through to completion.You'll be involved in site inspections, estimating, project planning and coordinating the resources required to deliver safe, compliant and productive asbestos removal works.The RoleConduct site inspections and prepare accurate project estimatesPlan projects and coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materialsPrepare and review ARCPs, SWMS, Supervisor Packs and project documentationCoordinate subcontractors, transport, air monitoring and clearance inspectionsLiaise with clients,



hygienists and contractors throughout projectsIdentify project risks, variations and scope changesEnsure projects meet WHS, asbestos and company compliance requirementsSupport HSEQ inspections and ongoing complianceAbout YouPrevious experience of minimum 1 year asbestos removal, estimating or project coordinationFriable and non-friable asbestos removal certificationStrong understanding of asbestos and WHS requirementsExcellent organisation and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCurrent White Card and Driver's LicenceA practical, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
