Join a large-scale enterprise transformation program as a SAP ESM Consultant, leading solution design and configuration for a major SAP Service Cloud V2 implementation.
This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives on workshops, stakeholder engagement, and hands‐on configuration in equal measure.What you'll be doingLead client workshops to map current and future state business processesFacilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholdersDesign end-to-end SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions covering case management, service request management, customer engagement, knowledge management, and service operationsConfigure organisational structures, business roles, workflows, business rules, queues, and service processesDefine service request lifecycles, notifications, escalation processes, and work assignment rulesSupport integration design with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applicationsPrepare functional specifications and configuration documentationDevelop and execute test scenarios, support UAT,



and assist with defect resolutionSupport cutover planning and go-live readinessConduct training workshops and develop training materials for business usersWhat we're looking forDeep SAP consulting background with hands‐on delivery of customer service, case management, service operations, or field service solutionsProven experience implementing SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM)Track record leading discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessionsHands‐on configuration experience within SAP Service Cloud V2Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and consulting skillsExperience supporting testing, deployment, and hypercare activitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSAP Customer Experience (CX) implementation experienceExperience in utilities or asset-intensive industriesExperience in agile delivery environments and large enterprise transformation programsThe detailsContract, running through to 30 April ****, with a proposed start of September ****Sydney basedAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
