The Opportunity:An exciting opportunity for a hands-on Technical Lead - Web & Mobile to join a growing healthcare organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.Working closely with Product, UX/UI and Technology teams, you will lead the design, development and evolution of large-scale web & mobile applications, while helping modernise the broader technology landscape through cloud adoption and platform transformation initiatives.This role is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys remaining close to the code while providing architectural guidance, mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture, design and delivery of mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.Act as the technical authority for mobile engineering, driving coding standards, best practices and technical quality.Provide hands-on leadership through solution design, code reviews, technical mentoring and delivery oversight.Collaborate with Product, UX/UI and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer-facing digital experiences.Design and integrate mobile applications with APIs, backend services and enterprise platforms.Support the modernisation of existing applications within a C#/.
NET setting.Contribute to cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premise infrastructure to Microsoft Azure.Drive CI/CD,



release management and software engineering best practices.Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer delivering web & mobile applications at scale.Experience building and supporting C#/.
NET environments and enterprise application ecosystems.Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimisation and security best practices.Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.Exposure to enterprise-grade iOS and Android applications.Experience with Azure, cloud-native technologies and application modernisation initiatives.Strong understanding of Agile delivery, CI/CD and DevOps practices.Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across delivery teams.Nice to Have:Healthcare or regulated industry experience.Experience with large-scale cloud migration programs.Why Join?
