CIVELITE is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team in Geelong, VIC.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is essential to maintaining CIVELITE's reputation within the construction industry.Key responsibilitiesSupervising and coordinating all site activities, including labour, plant, materials and subcontractorsEnsuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and company policiesMonitoring project progress and reporting on schedule adherence and budget performanceConducting daily toolbox talks and site inspections to identify and address safety hazardsManaging communication between site teams, management and clients to ensure clarity and coordinationOverseeing quality control measures and ensuring work meets contractual and industry standardsMaintaining accurate site records, documentation and daily reportsInducting and training site personnel on project-specific requirements and proceduresWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role within the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction practices, methods,
