Play a key role in managing claims across all lines of commercial insurance This is a senior position suited to a claims skilled who combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness, exceptional stakeholder management, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clientsYou will be:Providing expert claims advice across areas including Property, Casualty, Liability, Professional Risks, Financial Lines, Marine, Construction, Motor, and other specialist commercial classesReviewing coverage, policy wordings, claims circumstances, reserving, indemnity positions, and settlement strategiesAn Advocate for clients in discussions and negotiations with insurers, claims managers, loss adjusters, lawyers, and other stakeholdersProactively monitor claims to ensure appropriate progress, communication, and resolutionPreparing claims reports, management information,



and updates for clients and internal stakeholdersContributing to claims advocacy strategies and broader client retention and relationship initiativesOn offer:Work on sophisticated and varied commercial insurance claimsDevelop relationships with major corporate and multinational clientsCollaborate with experienced broking and claims specialists across international marketsHave meaningful involvement in complex and high-profile claims.
Further develop your technical and leadership capabilitiesContribute to the growth and evolution of a high-performing claims functionIdeally you will have:Extensive commercial insurance claims experience, ideally gained within a brokerage, or similar environmentStrong technical knowledge across multiple classes of commercial insuranceDemonstrated experience handling complex, large-loss, or multinational claimsExcellent understanding of policy coverage, wordings, liability, and claims processesStrong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skillsConfidence engaging with senior clients and insurance market stakeholders
