You will join a close-knit small team providing a range of technical services to a broad range of customers.Tasks & responsibilities include:Provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Support end-users via phone, email, and remote support tools.Solid verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.Monitor and manage client environments and perform daily checks & tasks.Assist with Projects, cloud migrations, new hardware and software installations.Have a deep understanding of MSP tools, remote monitoring, and management platforms.Ideally you are a Systems/IT Support Engineer with the following experience:Knowledgeable of Windows Server,
