What we are looking for

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in laundry operations
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
n
Robust organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
n
Proficiency in handling diverse situations with tact and diplomacy
n
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands
