This is a chance to shape enterprise-wide architecture across a multi-site organisation, working closely with IT and senior leadership.What you'll be doingLeading the development of the Enterprise Architecture function, setting the guidelines, frameworks and standards that guide decision-makingOwning the strategic architecture lifecycle: roadmaps, current and target-state architectures, blueprints, principles and reference architectureGuiding Solution Architecture across projects, ensuring solutions align to target-state architectureAssessing current IT environments against future business needs to identify gaps and recommend improvementsEstablishing governance and assurance frameworks for architectural decision-makingTranslating business and technology strategy into enterprise architecture roadmapsPartnering across IT to plan and deliver architecture-related demand across the portfolioWhat we're looking forDeep,



hands-on experience as an Enterprise Architect in large, complex organisations, backed by a solid Solution Architecture backgroundConfidence presenting ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executivesStrong grounding in EA frameworks with real-world application, not just theoryFamiliarity with EA modelling tools (experience with Essential Cloud is a plus)Exposure to major enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce or CRM/ERP systems is desirableUnderstanding of governance, risk and compliance in a regulated environmentA degree in business, computer science, systems analysis or a related field (or equivalent experience)The detailsPermanent, full-time roleBased in the CBD, with occasional travel to other sitesA Working with Children Check is a condition of employmentAt Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
