Construction ManagerMajor project with an ASX-listed manufacturerInitial 2 to 3-month contract$151 per hour including superannuationWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support a major project with a leading ASX-listed manufacturer.This is an initial 2 to 3-month contract requiring a hands‐on, delivery-focused skilled who can effectively coordinate construction activities, manage contractors and drive safe project outcomes.The RoleAs Construction Manager, you will oversee construction activities and contractor performance across the project.
You will coordinate multiple groups of people, maintain momentum against project requirements and ensure work is completed safely and effectively.The position will require approximately 50+ hours per week,



with some weekend work potentially required depending on project demands.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate construction activities across the projectOversee contractors and multiple groups of site personnelDrive project progress and ensure key deliverables are achievedMaintain a strong focus on safety and safe work practicesIdentify and address construction risks, issues and constraintsCoordinate with project stakeholders to support effective deliveryMonitor contractor performance and hold teams accountable for outcomesAbout YouApproximately 10+ years' construction management experienceConstruction management experience across commercial, heavy industrial or manufacturing environmentsDemonstrated experience managing contractors and sizeable workforcesStrong safety focus within construction and project environmentsProven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environmentConfident coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesAvailable immediately or within two weeksCandidates should be comfortable committing to the initial 2 to 3-month contract period.
