As an Operational Support Engineer, you'll help support the digital platforms behind TAB and Tabcorp's wagering and media experiences.
This role exists to keep critical systems reliable, responsive and available while contributing to continuous improvement across a fast-paced technology environment.

Your role, your impact
Reporting into a technology leader, you'll provide operational support for critical wagering platforms and digital services.
Your work will help maintain system performance, minimise disruption and support great customer experiences.
Support wagering platforms and digital tools used dailyInvestigate and resolve software and hardware incidents quicklyMonitor system performance and elevate critical issuesWork with technology teams to improve platform stabilityDocument incidents, fixes and support processes clearlyContribute to emerging technology and improvement initiativesThis role includes participation in an on‐call support roster outside standard working hours

Experience supporting business‐critical digital platformsStrong capability in troubleshooting complex technical issuesAbility to prioritise incidents in fast‐paced environmentsCollaborative approach across technical and non‐technical teamsClear communication and stakeholder engagement skillsKnowledge of monitoring tools and support systems
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain gaming licences required for the position
