You'll manage payroll reconciliations and remediation, maintain employee records and entitlements, interpret Awards and legislation,



and respond to payroll queries across the business.Key Responsibilities:Process end-to-end payrollManage payroll reconciliations and remediation activitiesMaintain employee records, leave balances and entitlements, including month-endpayroll journalsInterpret and apply relevant Awards and EBA'sEnsure compliance with payroll legislation and policiesRespond to internal and external payroll queriesWork closely with HR, Finance and operational teamsSupport payroll process and system improvementsSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience processingend-to-end payrollStrong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Awards, EBA'sand complianceStrong Excel skillsStrong payroll systems experience is essentialStrong attention to detail and accountabilityExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage deadlines in a quick-paced environmentA genuine passion for payroll and delivering a high level of serviceCollaborative and proactive approach
