Responsibilities Include
High-volume payroll processingEnd-to-end payroll dutiesProcessing new starters, terminations and employee changesManaging leave calculations,



adjustments and deductionsResponding to payroll queries from employees and stakeholdersPayroll reconciliations and reportingEnsuring accurate and timely payroll processingSupporting the wider payroll team with ad hoc duties
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years' payroll experiencePrevious experience within a high-volume payroll environmentExperience using a large payroll systemStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to confidently work to deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative, team-focused approachWillingness to learn and continue developing within payroll
