We specialise in CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, site monitoring, access control and wireless security technologies across the construction, commercial, government and infrastructure sectors.About the RoleWe're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Security Guarding Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day security operations and help ensure our clients receive reliable, high-quality service.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate security teams, manage scheduling and site coverage, work closely with clients and look for better ways to keep operations running smoothly.What you'll be doingCoordinate the delivery of guarding, patrol and site security services across client sitesManage security rosters and shift scheduling to ensure appropriate coverageCoordinate the deployment of security officers and operational resourcesLead, support and coach security officers and team membersKeep workflows organised and ensure tasks and deadlines are being followed throughAct as a key contact for clients, providing regular updates and responding to concernsBuild strong, professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersMonitor service delivery against client expectations and contractual requirementsIdentify process gaps and implement practical improvementsContribute to improving systems,



procedures and standard operating processesMonitor team and operational performance and take action when requiredAbout youYou're someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and making sure things get done.
You'll be comfortable balancing competing priorities, communicating with a range of people and stepping in to resolve issues when they arise.You'll ideally bring:Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in security, facilities or operationsA strong understanding of security operations, rostering and site managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisation and time-management skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approachThe ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detailA genuine focus on client service and building solid relationshipsConfidence leading, supporting and holding team members accountableProficiency with rostering/scheduling systems and Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceRelevant security industry qualifications and a current security licence, as requiredWhat's in it for you?
