We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the maintenance team of a leading food manufacturing business based in Dandenong.This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician who enjoys working in a fast-paced production workplace, solving complex electrical faults and keeping high-speed manufacturing equipment operating at its best.The RoleWorking as part of an experienced maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining, fault finding and improving electrical and automated production equipment across the site.Your responsibilities will include:Electrical preventative and reactive maintenanceFault finding and breakdown response across production equipmentDiagnosing electrical, control and automation faultsWorking with motors, sensors, VSDs, PLCs and control systemsElectrical repairs,



modifications and equipment upgradesCompleting maintenance records and using the site's CMMSWorking closely with mechanical maintenance and production teamsMaintaining a strong focus on electrical safety and food manufacturing standardsAbout YouWe are looking for a trade-qualified Electrician with strong industrial maintenance experience.You will ideally have:Current Victorian Electrical LicencePrevious experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenanceStrong electrical fault-finding skillsExperience with motors, sensors, VSDs and control systemsPLC fault-finding experience highly regardedExperience working in FMCG or food manufacturing highly regardedFlexibility to work both day and night shiftsFMCG experience is highly regarded, however electricians from other industrial manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply.What's on Offer?
