designers and tradespeopleA real pathway into greater responsibility for someone who wants to progressThe roleYou'll work across quality outdoor construction projects and see them develop from the original design through to final handover.The work is varied and may include:Decks, patios and structural carpentryReading plans and setting out work accuratelyFoundations and concretingDetailed finishing workBasic soft landscaping and synthetic turfCoordinating with project managers, apprentices and other tradesKeeping sites productive, organised and well presentedHelping deliver a finished space the whole team can be proud ofThis isn't a narrow carpentry role.
You'll contribute to complete outdoor transformations and have the satisfaction of seeing the finished result handed over to the client.Training and support will be provided where a project requires work outside your existing experience.What we're looking forYou'll need:A recognised carpentry qualificationExperience delivering quality residential carpentry workExperience with decks and patiosThe ability to read and interpret construction plansYour own reliable trade vehicleA suitable range of carpentry tools, including battery tools, drop saw and benchThe ability to work productively both independently and within a teamStrong attention to detail and pride in presentationA practical, positive attitude and willingness to help wherever neededAustralian working rights, a current driver's licence and White CardJust as importantly, we're looking for someone with good values—someone reliable, respectful and easy to work alongside.
