About the role:
Work closely with a highly regarded partner and advise on some of Australia's largest Commonwealth agencies on major projects and complex commercial mattersYour work will span Commonwealth procurement and contracting, technology and intellectual property arrangements, major commercial projects and broader corporate advisory mattersAdvise on corporate governance, structuring, transactions and regulatory compliance, providing exposure to a sophisticated mix of public and private sector commercial work
The ideal candidate:




Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE with strong Corporate & Commercial experienceExperience gained within a reputable commercial law firm, government practice or comparable environmentA genuine interest in Commonwealth Government projects and commercial transactionsStrong commercial contracting, drafting and advisory skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence dealing directly with sophisticated government and corporate stakeholders
