We're looking for a Novated Leasing Consultant to grow our pipeline, guide employees through quotes and approvals, and deliver a transparent, trusted experience from first enquiry to signed lease.Key responsibilitiesExplain novated leasing, running costs, FBT, and savings in plain languageWork quotes through Pay@bility systems and partner financiers (including EquiLease where applicable)Coordinate paperwork and e-sign (DocuSign), payroll advice, and employer/employee handoffsKeep the pipeline moving - chase open quotes, prioritise real savings opportunities, and hand WA novated work to the right brokerBuild relationships with employees, HR contacts, and brokersHit activity and conversion targets in a sales-led consulting roleAbout youExperience in novated leasing, salary packaging, automotive finance, or B2C financial sales (strongly preferred)Confident on the phone and in writing - clear, professional, no jargon overloadComfortable with CRM / quoting systems, Microsoft 365, and DocuSignOrganised, follow-through focused, and good at juggling multiple live quotes
