kitchens and commercial joineryReading and interpreting plans and installation drawingsSite measuring and problem-solving installation challengesInstalling benchtops, hardware, panels and associated componentsConducting final adjustments and quality assurance checksMaintaining strong relationships with clients and site personnelEnsuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and on scheduleWhat we're looking forProven experience in joinery installation or cabinet makingAbility to work autonomously and manage installation outcomesStrong understanding of construction environments and site requirementsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong communication and customer-facing skillsAbility to mentor apprentices or junior staff where requiredCurrent driver's licenceThis role would suit an experienced installer who enjoys delivering premium projects, solving problems in office and taking ownership of their work from start to finish.About TorraTorra is a recruitment and professional services agency that serves a range of clients, many from the heavy industry, construction, manufacturing, logistics, energy and resources sectors throughout NSW and beyond.
