This role suits someone who takes ownership of site delivery, holds high standards, and is confident managing trades and subcontractors across commercial HVAC projects.The RoleThis is a hands-on site management role across commercial HVAC installations — from contract award through to DLP close-out.
You'll be responsible for day-to-day site delivery, managing subcontractors and trades, and making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to standard.You'll take ownership of:WHS, environmental,



and quality complianceSite programming and deadline managementCoordination of subcontractors and tradesFinancial performance on-siteWhat We're Looking ForA Site Manager who's organised, reliable, and confident running a site with a diverse crew.You'll need:Minimum 2 years' experience with commercial HVAC systems in medium to large-scale buildingsWhite CardAsbestos Awareness & Working with ACMsCurrent Drivers LicenceExperience with Procore is a plus, but not essential.CCS Group is an equal prospect employer.
