Trainer – People Experience Uplift Program (Contract)We're recruiting an experienced trainer to lead learning and enablement for a large-scale HCM system implementation across a multi-site organization.
This is a contract role until Jan **** (with review for extension s), reporting to the Training Lead.What You'll Do:Design and deliver role-based training (classroom, virtual, on-the-job, eLearning) across diverse audiencesDevelop training materials, job aids, quick reference guides aligned with Workday functionalityManage training coordination, LMS administration, and attendance trackingProvide hypercare support and post-go-live learning resourcesEvaluate learning effectiveness and refine materials based on feedbackWhat We're Looking For:Workday certification or equivalent (Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG experience will also be acceptable)Understanding of adult learning principles and change adoption frameworks (ADKAR)Experience with LMS and training analyticsComfortable with blended learning delivery and diverse audiences
