We're looking for an enthusiastic Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at our Fairfield Gardens site.
You'll play a key role in leading the onsite cleaning team, maintaining exceptional presentation standards and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.Roster: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:36pmThis position is paid in accordance with the Cleaning Services Award ****.What You'll Be DoingLead,



motivate and support a team of cleaning team members to deliver outstanding resultsCoordinate daily cleaning activities and ensure tasks are completed to the required standardConduct regular inspections and maintain high cleaning and presentation standards across the siteProvide on‐the‐job guidance, coaching and training to team membersMonitor attendance, performance and adherence to site proceduresEnsure chemicals, equipment and machinery are used safely and correctlyAssist with stock control and ensure cleaning supplies are available when requiredRespond professionally to client and customer requests and help resolve issuesPromote a strong safety culture and ensure all work is completed in accordance with WHS requirementsWork closely with the Site Manager and Assetlink management team to deliver excellent serviceWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader role, preferably within a commercial, retail or shopping centre environmentStrong leadership and people‐management skillsExcellent communication and organisational skillsA proactive, hands‐on approach and the ability to lead by exampleGood knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, chemicals and equipmentExperience using cleaning machinery such as scrubbers,



buffers or sweepers is highly regardedStrong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standardsA commitment to workplace health and safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to communicate effectively in verbal and written EnglishMust have valid work rights in AustraliaWhat We Offer YouMonday to Friday roster – enjoy your weekends!
