This is a hands-on role within a purpose-built facility, which includes dedicated spray booths, preparation stations and a paint mixing room.

environmental and quality requirementsAbout YouWe are looking for a qualified and experienced Spray Painter who takes pride in their workmanship and is committed to producing a high-quality finish.You will ideally have:Trade qualification in Automotive Refinishing, Spray Painting or a related tradeMinimum 3 years' relevant industry experience, or Certificate III with at least 2 years' relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in spray painting and surface preparationCurrent Confined Space Entry certification – essential or willing to obtainCurrent Forklift Licence – highly desirableStrong understanding of the safe handling of paints, coatings and chemicalsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a production teamReliable work ethic and valuable attendanceAbility to work efficiently within production deadlinesExperience in heavy vehicle, semi-trailer, truck, industrial, fabrication or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.What We OfferRemuneration - Above Award ratesMonday to FridayMonthly staff BBQChristmas closure to spend time with familyVariety within the role — no two days are necessarily the sameOpportunity to work alongside experienced trades and production teams
