This role is client-facing and team-oriented, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional workplace where attention to detail and proactive support are valued.Key responsibilitiesProvide high quality administrative support to the Financial AdviserManage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responsesAssist in the preparation and processing of financial advice documents, applications, and follow-upsDeliver all documentation efficiently, accurately and to identified timeframesSchedule and prepare for client meetingsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM and financial planning systemsAction workflows within the desired time frameProvide general office support including filing, scanning, and document managementGreet clients and prepare refreshments e.g. water, tea and coffeeAbout youProven experience (2 years) in a financial services,
