Applicants from manufacturing, construction or project admin will be favoured.
You don't need to be a trade or engineering expert, you need to be organised, well spoken, adaptable and quick to learn.
They'll coach and train you on the rest.What You'll Be DoingProduction Scheduling: Assist with the master production schedule to meet delivery datesJob Sequencing: Sequence jobs based on machine, material, and labour availabilityAdapting to Change: Re-sequence work quickly when supply delays or variations happenShortage Control: Track long-lead parts and flag shortages before they stop the floorMilestones:



Track key milestones for deliveries and attend weekly production meetingsEngineering Liaison: Coordinate with engineering teams to keep production on trackAdmin Support: Raise works orders, maintain shop paperwork, and book inspection/dispatch slotsFloor Check-Ins: Spend about 10% of your time on the factory floor checking progress with leading hands (the other 90% is office-based).
What You'll Bring:Experience: 5+ years in administration, coordination, planning, or scheduling.Tech Skills: Strong Excel skills.
ERP/MRP experience is a bonus (training provided).
Traits: Well-organised, a clear communicator, and highly adaptable.Communication: Comfortable collaborating directly with tradespeople on the floor.What's In It For You:Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 base, depending on experience.Work-Life Balance: 4.5-day week (7:00 am – 3:00 pm, with a half-day Friday).
